How Does It Work?
- Make a booking online
- Have power available at your address (if not, please message us) and enough space for our van to park beside your vehicle
- Our mobile technician Andrew will turn up on time, at your home or work
- The service will be around 1.5 hours
- First, we health check your A/C system by doing a vacuum and pressure test to check for any leaks
- Most of the time, carrying out a re-gas will renew your air-conditioning system. However, if a leak is found, under regulation it must be fixed first before putting in new gas - so we will diagnose the problem. If it's something small (like a cracked o-ring), we will fix it straight away!
- If a replacement A/C component is needed, we will quote for this and arrange to return and fit in the next available booking slot
- Your system after being health tested is filled with new gas, and performance checked! The A/C is started, runs, and tested that everything is working correctly!
- It isn't possible to check if the compressor is working before we recharge the gas. During performance testing, if we find there is a fault in the system, such as a faulty compressor or fan component, this will be quoted
- We only use highest-quality R134A refrigerant gas - We don't use the cheap LPG "Hychill" options!
